He has served as Chief Legal Officer and CHRO at the same time, in both public-company and PE-owned structures, since 2017. Josh has over 20 years advising on governance, human capital, legal, and operations.
Andrea Greene is a senior executive, board member, and investor with more than 25 years leading and growing private-equity-backed businesses. Most recently she’s worked with One Rock Capital Partners and other middle-market PE firms on strategy, M&A, and value creation. Her experience spans commercial, finance, HR, and operations, and she’s known for helping management teams turn strategy into execution.
